Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how FaRizz LLC (“FaRizz,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit www.farizz.com (the “Site”), purchase our products, create an account, subscribe to our email list, or otherwise interact with us. It also describes the rights California residents have under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (together, the “CCPA/CPRA”). If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the Site.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide
- Identifiers: name, postal address, email address, phone number.
- Commercial information: products purchased, order history, returns, preferences.
- Financial information: we do not store full payment card numbers; our payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, Shopify Payments) collect and process card details directly under their own privacy policies.
- Account credentials: email, hashed password, optional profile details.
- User-generated content: product reviews, photos you submit, survey responses, customer-service communications.
Information collected automatically
- Device and browser data: IP address, device type, operating system, browser type, referring URL, pages viewed, actions taken.
- Cookies and similar technologies (see Section 7).
- Geolocation data: approximate location inferred from IP address.
Information from third parties
- Social-media platforms when you interact with FaRizz accounts or tag FaRizz in posts.
- Advertising and analytics partners who share audience and campaign performance data.
- Shipping carriers providing delivery status updates.
2. Sensitive Personal Information
We generally do not collect information deemed “sensitive personal information” under the CCPA/CPRA (such as Social Security number, precise geolocation, racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, union membership, genetic data, biometric identifiers for identifying a person, health information, or the contents of private communications). If you voluntarily send us sensitive information (for example, describing a medical reaction in a customer-service email), we use it only to respond to your inquiry and to meet our regulatory reporting obligations, and we do not use or disclose it for the purpose of inferring characteristics about you.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following business purposes:
- Process and fulfill orders, subscriptions, returns, and refunds.
- Provide customer service and respond to inquiries, complaints, and adverse-event reports.
- Send transactional communications (order confirmations, shipping notifications, account alerts).
- With your consent, send marketing communications about products, promotions, and events.
- Personalize content, offers, and product recommendations.
- Operate, maintain, and improve the Site and our products.
- Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, unauthorized transactions, and other unlawful activity.
- Comply with legal obligations (including California sales tax, the Modernization of Cosmetics Regulation Act, and FDA reporting requirements).
- Enforce our Terms and Conditions and protect the rights, property, or safety of FaRizz, our customers, or the public.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information for money. Within the meaning of the CCPA/CPRA, we may “sell” or “share” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising when you permit advertising cookies (for example, to allow Meta or TikTok to show you FaRizz ads based on your visit to the Site). You can opt out at any time (see Section 8). We disclose personal information to the following categories of recipients:
5. Categories of Personal Information Disclosed (Last 12 Months)
Because FaRizz is a newly launched business, this disclosure describes the categories of personal information we anticipate collecting and disclosing during ordinary operations rather than a confirmed history of activity. We anticipate disclosing the following categories of personal information for a business purpose: identifiers; commercial information; internet or other electronic network activity information; geolocation data (approximate); and inferences drawn from the above (e.g., product-interest segments). Once we have completed a full twelve (12) months of operations, this section will be updated to reflect actual practice during the preceding twelve months.
We anticipate that we may “sell” or “share,” as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA, the following categories for cross-context behavioral advertising: identifiers (cookie IDs, IP address) and internet or other electronic network activity information. We do not sell or share the personal information of minors under 16 years of age.
6. How Long We Keep Personal Information
We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy or to comply with our legal obligations. Order records and communications related to customer purchases are retained for seven (7) years for tax and accounting purposes. Marketing subscribers are retained until they unsubscribe or request deletion. Website logs and analytics data are typically retained for 14–26 months.
7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, personalize your experience, measure traffic, and serve advertising. You can manage cookies through your browser settings and, on first visit, through our cookie consent banner. Disabling certain cookies may limit Site functionality. Categories in use:
- Strictly necessary (cannot be disabled): shopping cart, secure checkout, fraud prevention.
- Functional: language, region, saved preferences.
- Performance / analytics: Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics.
- Advertising: Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Google Ads remarketing, Pinterest Tag.
We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. If your browser transmits GPC when you visit the Site, we treat it as a valid opt-out of “sale” or “sharing” for that browser.
8. Your California Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident, the CCPA/CPRA grants you the following rights:
- Right to know: request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you in the last 12 months (or up to the full retention period, on request).
- Right to delete: request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions (e.g., to complete a transaction, comply with a legal obligation, detect security incidents).
- Right to correct: request correction of inaccurate personal information.
- Right to opt out of sale or sharing: opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- Right to limit use of sensitive personal information: if we use such information beyond what is necessary to provide our services.
- Right to portability: receive a copy of your personal information in a portable, readily usable format.
- Right to non-discrimination: you will not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising any of these rights.

We will respond within 45 days, extendable by an additional 45 days if reasonably necessary, and will notify you of any such extension.
9. Marketing Choices
You can opt out of marketing emails by clicking “unsubscribe” in any marketing email or by emailing [email protected]. Transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping notifications, account alerts) will continue until you close your account.
10. Security
We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. No transmission over the internet or electronic storage is entirely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Children’s Privacy
The Site is not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from, children under 16. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us at [email protected] and we will delete it promptly.
12. International Visitors

13. Third-Party Sites
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. This policy does not apply to those sites. We encourage you to review the privacy practices of any third-party site you visit.
